User Guide: Settings Module in Compliance Management Application
Welcome to the Settings Module of our Compliance Management application! This feature allows users to change anything on the application. This guide will walk you through the functionality and capabilities of the Settings module in detail.
- Overview of General Settings sub module:
General Settings typically refers to a section where users can configure and manage the core, system-wide settings that apply to the entire platform or product. These settings are often foundational for customizing how the compliance product functions to meet an organization's specific needs and regulatory requirements.
In General settings sub module what all the check boxes selected by user those selected should display in application.
- What is General Settings in compliance product?
- General settings in compliance product refer to configurations that define the overall operation, user preferences, and the compliance management framework within the product.
- These settings help ensure that the product meets specific legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Below Operations we can do in general settings:
- Application Menu & Theme Colour: When user selects a colour from colour pickup that colour should be displayed in entire application menu & modules.
- Translate Reports by user selected Language: When user selects this checkbox in general settings when user changes language in reports that language should be displayed on entire application & in downloaded word & PDF reports page also along with widgets charts.
- Notify Support@riskwatch.com when third party data is requested: When user checks this checkbox in general settings it will send a notify email regarding third party data requesting by a customer and this email will be send to support team.
- Enable two factor authentications: When user checks this checkbox in general settings whenever user trying to login into application two factor authentication codes will be sent to that user when he enter the code then he will login to the application.
- When user enters wrong verification code error message should be displayed on the page.
- When user check doesn’t ask again verification code will not be sent until user delete the history. And in same browser verification code will not be generated.
- Google Maps address verification: when user checks this checkbox and when user creates new facility in facility create page when user enter city, state & country and save.
- When the user opens the newly created facility screen, the latitude and longitude will be automatically fetched based on the city, state, and country entered by the user.
- Show All tasks in Dashboard: When user checks this checkbox in general settings in tasks chart all tasks toggle icon should be displayed.
- Authentication for QRCode & view attachment link: When user check this checkbox when user download any report if in that report any attachment is there then QRCode & URL attachment link should be displayed in both word & PDF Reports.
- When user click on view attachment link uploaded image should be displayed on the page.
- When user scan the QR code uploaded attachment should be displayed on the page.
- Show Custom Response in Reports: When user selects this check box in download word & PDF Reports custom response data should be displayed on the page.
- Show My Action: When user selects this check box in general settings my action module should be displayed on the page and when user login which page should be displayed my action page or dashboard module page based on landing page selection checkbox.
- Show compliance assessment in risk assessment: When user check this checkbox in general settings page in risk assessment page compliance assessment field dropdown should be displayed. It Should be displayed when the instance is dual product instance.
- What are events in general settings module?
- Events section will capture all changes done by user on general settings screen.
- In events section below fields should be displayed:
- Sort By field: In this filed when user select any column that column should be displayed in ascending order.
- Search Field: When user enters related text in events search field if entered text is matching then data should be displayed on the page. If no data available on the page “No records found” message should be displayed on the page.
- Download Icon: When user click on download icon in events section export to pdf text should be displayed and available data should be downloaded in PDF.
- Click here to view/hide details: When user click on click here to view icon columns popup should be displayed. When user unchecks any column that column should not be displayed on the page. Checked data should be displayed on the page.
- Filter: When user click on filter button in events filter data should be displayed on the page. When user select column, clause & enter text and when user click on run button valid data should be displayed on the page.
