What is the Analysis module in RiskWatch?

To cater to diverse user needs, the tasks module supports multiple languages. You can select your preferred language from the dropdown menu located at the top of the screen. This ensures that your reports are accessible and understandable across global teams. It sits inside the RiskWatch compliance workspace and shares its data with assessments, the evidence vault, and the audit-pack export so a single change updates every downstream view.

How do I use the Analysis screen?

Open the RiskWatch app, navigate to the Analysis module from the main menu, and apply the filters or actions described in the guide below. Permissions follow your role profile, so admins see configuration, assessors see workflow actions, and viewers see read-only data. Saved views and filters persist per user across sessions.

Welcome to the Analysis of our Compliance Management application! This feature allows users to create tasks and assigned to other users. This guide will walk you through the functionality and capabilities of

  1. Overview of Analysis

Analysis Module serves as a critical component for examining and interpreting data to ensure regulatory adherence, risk management, and business process integrity. The Analysis Module typically focuses on automating, streamlining, and enhancing the review of data, activities, and interactions within the system to support compliance with legal, regulatory, or internal standards.

Analysis module in our application is designed to mainly for showing how many questions is compliant & non complaint for an assessment. In analysis module when user selects assessment by default non complaint question should be displayed on the page. User can change non complaint question by clicking on Accept risk toggle. When user enable accepts risk toggle enable question should be displayed in complaint question. In analysis user can add new comments, attachments, recommendation & tasks.non complaint questions should be displayed only when create recommendation checkbox is checked in settings module. When user not gives any comments, recommendation, attachments user can create from analysis module page. User can change task status from task column in analysis page.

  2. How to open Analysis module?
  • Analysis module can be accessed from the below navigation:
  • Navigate to main menu
  • Select Analysis module.
  • Analysis module can also open from assessment summary page.
  1. How to see data in analysis module page?

User can see data in analysis module page with below navigation

  • Go to Analysis module
  • Click on select assessment field dropdown in analysis module.
  • Created assessments list should be displayed in dropdown.
  • Select assessment from dropdown.
  • In analysis page by default Question analysis tab should be selected.
  • By default non complaint data should be displayed on the page.
  • By default below columns should be displayed in analysis module screen:
  • Review Question: When user enable review question toggle in analysis module that question should be displayed in survey page also.
  • Priority: When user selects a priority for a question that question priority should be displayed in analysis page.
  • Facility: Which facility selected for that assessment that facility should be displayed in analysis column.
  • Question: Question name should be displayed in analysis column.
  • Response: User answered response should be displayed in response column in analysis page.
  • Analysis: Display the average number of complaint questions for this questions in all assessments.
  • Library Average: Average compliance for this question when answered in the library by all risk watches users.
  • Vulnerability: For a question if any vulnerability mapped that vulnerability data should be displayed in analysis vulnerability column.
  • Comments: When a user give comments to a question then those comments should be displayed in analysis comments section.
  • Question Title: For a question if there is any question title those data should be displayed in question title.
  • Question Weight: When user creating a question he gives question weight to that question that question weight should be displayed in question weight analysis column.
  • View Control Standard: When creating question when user gives Control Standard those question control standard should be displayed in view control standard column in analysis page.
  • View Question categories: Questions for which question categories those question categories should be displayed in view question categories column in analysis page.
  • Content Library: When user select question category for that question category which library mapped that library data should be displayed in content library column in analysis page.
  • Attachment: When user attaches any image to a question those attachments should be displayed in analysis attachment column.
  • View Recommendation: For a question if there are any recommendation those recommendation data should be displayed in view recommendation column in analysis page.
  • Convert to Task: When user answer in survey if that question is non complaint and checked automatic task creation for that question if there is a recommendation then in convert to task column automatic tasks should be created and displayed in analysis convert to task column.
  • Accept Risk: When user wants to change a question from none complaint to complaint then if he enable accept risk toggle then non complaint question is moved to complaint question.
  1. How to accept a risk in analysis module?
  • Go to Analysis module
  • Select the assessment.
  • By default non complaint data should be displayed on the page.
  • Enable accept risk toggle for non complaint question in analysis module.
  • Check whether enable accept risk non complaint question should be visible in complaint question and should not be visible in non complaint question.
  • Purpose of accept risk toggle in analysis page is if a user want to change non complaint question to complaint question then user should enable accept risk toggle then that non complaint question should be displayed in complaint question.
  1. How to create a task in analysis module?
  • Go to Analysis module
  • Select the assessment.
  • By default non complaint data should be should be displayed on the page.
  • Check whether automatic task created or not.
  • Check whether if no automatic task created for a non compliant question.
  • Click on + icon in convert to task column.
  • Task creation page should be displayed on the page.
  • Automatic task can be created when create task with recommendation checkbox checked and for a question recommendation is there when user answer wrong then automatic task will be created for that question.
  • New task will be created when there is no recommendation for a question and create task with recommendation check box not checked in settings then user can create new task from analysis screen.
  • User can create tasks for complaint & non complaint questions from analysis screen.
  1. How to Sort columns from analysis screen?
  • Open the Analysis screen
  • Go to top of the screen
  • Go to Sort By field below columns should be displayed: below columns should be displayed
  • Review Question
  • Risk.
  • Priority
  • Facility

  • Select the ‘Response’ in the Sort By field, Response column should be sorted.
  • Select the ‘Compliance’ in the Sort By field, Compliance column should be sorted.
  • Select the ‘Attachments’ in the Sort By field, Attachments column should be sorted.

  1. How to search the specific data from Analysis module Grid?
  • You can get the specific record from the grid by using search field and also from the Filter feature as shown below.
  • User can filter the records by using available columns from filter button.
  • When user click on filter button + icon should be displayed.
  • When user click on + icon where column fields should be displayed on the page.
  • When user click on columns dropdown below columns should be displayed:

  • When user select above columns in column dropdown select condition as “Contain” and enter filter text.
  • When user click on run button filtered data should be displayed on the page.
  • User can create his own customized filter data by using save button.
  • When user check create new filter check box , Enter filter name & select set as default check box and click on save button . Filter saved successful message should be displayed on the page.
  • And the created filters should display in select filter field you can select them any time to get your customized data and the filters can be edit and delete any time.
  • When user click on select filter dropdown saved filter edit & delete icon should be displayed.
  • When user click on edit icon again save filter as popup should be displayed and user can edit the filter name and can update the new name.
  • When user click on delete icon in select filter popup delete popup should be displayed when user click on yes button saved filter should be deleted successful message should be displayed on the page.
  • When user click on cross icon beside select filter whole data should be displayed on the page and default filter name should be cleared on the filter.

  • Open the Analysis module
  • Click on Down Arrow symbol right side of the screen

  1. Can we hide/seek analysis screen columns?
  • Open the Analysis screen
  • Go to Right side of the screen
  • Click on See/hide column
  • Check from the list selected columns displayed on the screen
  1. What are findings in analysis module?
  • After completion of survey providing popup to add findings. If user click on yes then need to show finding questions screen in this screen they can add multiple finding questions if no then same as previous flow. Finding Question Screen contains Question Text, Question weights with names and attachment field these question falls under non-compliance. This Finding Captured in Separate Table so it will populating on survey separate Tab with the Name of Finding Questions. Analysis Screen has finding questions it will be populate on separate Tab. This finding question will be calculated in Gap Score.

  • Open the Analysis module home page.
  • Click on Down Arrow symbol right side of the screen
  • Data exported excel sheet

13. Can we hide/seek findings tab screen columns in analysis module?

  • Open the Analysis screen
  • Go to Right side of the screen
  • Click on See/hide column
  • Check from the list selected columns displayed on the screen
  • In analysis screen by default 1st facility for that assessment will be selected and that data should be displayed on analysis screen.
  • If user wants to show specific data in analysis screen then user should check related check box in question types filter selected data should be displayed in analysis screen.

Manager Login

Note: When a manager user logged in and mapped facility assessments should be displayed in analysis module screen. If assessment have multiple facility but manager user mapped with 1 facility that facility should be displayed in analysis assessments page remaining not mapped facility should not be displayed on the analysis assessment page.

Site Contact Login

Note: When a Site Contact user logged in and mapped facility assessments should be displayed in analysis module screen. If assessment has multiple facilities but Site Contact user mapped with 1 facility only that facility should be displayed in analysis assessments page remaining not mapped facilities should not be displayed on the analysis assessment page.

Limited Site Contact Login

Note: When a Limited Site Contact user logged in and mapped facility assessments should be displayed in analysis module screen. If assessment has multiple facilities but Limited Site Contact user mapped with 1 facility only that facility should be displayed in analysis assessments page remaining not mapped facilities should not be displayed on the analysis assessment page.
