User Guide: Settings Module in Compliance Management Application Welcome to the Settings Module of our Compliance Management application! This feature allows users to change anything on the application. This guide will walk you through the functionality and capabilities of the Settings module in detail. Overview of Settings Module: Settings module in our compliance product application is mainly designed for user can change anything he wants to change as per his requirement on the compliance product application. It sits inside the RiskWatch compliance workspace and shares its data with assessments, the evidence vault, and the audit-pack export so a single change updates every downstream view.

How do I use the Settings screen?

Open the RiskWatch app, navigate to the Settings module from the main menu, and apply the filters or actions described in the guide below. Permissions follow your role profile, so admins see configuration, assessors see workflow actions, and viewers see read-only data. Saved views and filters persist per user across sessions.

Welcome to the Settings Module of our Compliance Management application! This feature allows users to change anything on the application. This guide will walk you through the functionality and capabilities of the Settings module in detail.

  1. Overview of Settings Module:

Settings module in our compliance product application is mainly designed for user can change anything he wants to change as per his requirement on the compliance product application.

Settings module data can be used in entire application.

If user wants to change any data or anything on the application user can change from settings.

Any changes made to the settings module for sub modules should be reflected in the application immediately.

In billing page sub module user licenses, Assessment License, Content Library & Third party license details will be shown on the page.

Billing page sub module describes about application subscription expiry date, how many user licenses purchased and consumed. How many active facility licenses purchased & consumed. How many third party data credits purchased.

When user select any language in compliance product application in that selected language settings module data should be displayed on the page.

Settings module accessed from below navigation

  • Navigate to Main Menu
  • Select settings module
  • When user click on settings module billing module should be displayed on the page.
  1. What is billing page in settings module in compliance product?

A billing page typically refers to a section of the product's user interface or application where customers can manage their subscription, Active User Licenses, Active Facility Assessments, Content Library Licenses and Third Party details.

In billing page user can see below details:

  • Subscription Expire Date: Basically when customer purchased application & up to which date he can use this application is displayed in subscription expire date.
  • When user trying to access application after subscription expires end date user should not be able to login into application.
  • If user wants to access the application he should do renewal and he can access the application as per the user quotation.
  • Contact Sales: If user need any further details about User licenses, Assessment Facility Licenses & Third Party Data licenses. User will contact through contact sales button.
  • And this email should be sent to support team.
  • Get Quote: When customer want to purchase a new subscription or renewal the application by click on get quote button from settings module page he will be navigated to get quote page their he can find all details about product, services & purchase details.
  • Active User licenses: The "Active User Licenses" section outlines how many users the customer intends to purchase licenses for, detailing the number of licenses purchased and the number of licenses currently in use.
  • Active Facility Assessments: In active assessment facility licenses basically describe about how many facilities customer wants those many facilities he can purchase for the application.
  • In this active facility assessment it will describe about how many assessment facility he purchased & consumed.
  • When user creating new assessment active facility assessment license should be consumed.
  • When user using same facility for creating new assessment then no license should be consumed.
  • When user delete created assessment then active facility assessment license should be consumed back.
  • Active Content Library Licenses: User created content libraries data will be displayed in content library licenses.
  • By default it will show the content on which he selected while creating the instance or getting the quote.
  • Third Party Data & Licenses: To calculate automatic risk score in compliance product we use third party data credits in creation of facility this third party data will have below things:
  • Cap Index:
  • Security Gauge:
  • World Aware
  • In this third party data how many credits available, how many credits user requested all this data will be available under third party data.
  • When user creates facility with third party and when he use this facility in assessment creation then third party licenses should be debited.
