Here at RiskWatch, our goal is to simplify and streamline your risk, security, and compliance assessment process. As such, we’ve designed our software with offline, mobile capability.
Where to Begin?
Step 1
Open the Platform
Open the application on your device. When it is offline, you will notice in the navigation menu that you only have the capability to perform an assessment. Go ahead and click that button to open your assessment screen, which shows all of the assessments your account has access to.
Step 2
Enter Data
Once you open an assessment, you can start answering the questions. The platform will automatically notify you if an internet connection is not detected and warn you not to clear your cache. You have the ability to take photos, add comments, and attach files while offline.
Step 3
Complete Assessments
Finish answering your questions and close the assessment screen. If you are unable to complete the assessment and attempt to exit, the application will warn you that you will not be able to enter that assessment again until you have regained an internet connection and all previous answers have been uploaded.
Step 4
Upload Responses
Once you have finished your offline data collection, upload your responses. This will occur automatically as your device regains an internet connection. Upon viewing your assessment screen, you will be able to see the updated progress bar and all previously provided data.
