1. Overview of Dashboard Assessment Summary module in compliance product:

In a compliance product, a dashboard module is a visual interface or tool that aggregates, displays, and analyzes key compliance-related data in a user-friendly format. The goal of this module is to help compliance officers, managers, and other stakeholders quickly assess the state of compliance across various areas, track performance, identify risks, and make informed decisions.

2. How to Access Assessment Summary in Dashboard module in compliance product?

Assessment Summary tab in dashboard module can be accessed from below navigation

• Navigate to Main Menu
• Select Dashboard module
• When user click on dashboard module dashboard tabs should be displayed on the page.
• When user clicks on assessment summary tab in dashboard module by default last month filter data should be displayed on the page.
• When user click on assessment summary tab in dashboard module below fields should be displayed:
• Facility: In assessment summary tab selected facility for that assessment should be displayed in the facility column.
• Assessment: Assessment names should be displayed in assessment column in assessment summary tab in dashboard module.
• Facility Risk Score: Facility risk score values should be displayed in assessment summary dashboard module page.
• Gap Score: Gap score values should be displayed in assessment summary tab in dashboard module page.
• Compliance: Compliance score for that assessment should be displayed in compliance column in assessment summary tab in dashboard page.
• Progress: Assessment survey progress value should be displayed in progress column in assessment summary tab in dashboard module.
• Threat Level: In Assessment summary tab in dashboard module threat level values should be displayed on the page.
• Impact: In assessment summary tab in dashboard module impact values should be displayed from facility impact value.
• Start Date: In assessment summary tab in dashboard module assessment start date should be displayed in this column.
• End Date: In assessment summary tab in dashboard module assessment end date should be displayed in this end date column.
• Region Name: In assessment summary tab in dashboard module mapped region for that facility should be displayed in region column.
• Facility Type: In assessment summary tab in dashboard module mapped facility type for that facility should be displayed in facility type column.
• Survey Status: In assessment summary tab in dashboard module assessment survey status should be displayed in survey status column.
• Actions: In assessment summary tab in dashboard module action column should display below icons:
• Go to Survey: When user click on that go to survey icon it should be navigated to that particular assessment survey page.
• Go To Analysis: When user click on that go to analysis icon in assessment summary tab in dashboard module it should be navigated to that particular assessment analysis page.

1. How to filter data in Assessment Summary tab in dashboard module in compliance product?

• Open dashboard module.
• Click on Assessment summary tab.
• Click on filter button.
• By default last month data should be displayed on the page.
• Select filter dropdown should display below fields:
• Last Month: By default this data should be displayed in assessment summary tab in dashboard module.
• Last Quarter: When user selects this in select filter dropdown this data should be displayed on the page.
• Last Year: When user selects this in select filter dropdown selected data should be displayed on the page.
• Custom: When user selects this in select filter dropdown user can select his own dates and when user click on run button those selected assessments should be displayed on the page. When user click on + icon where column filter should be displayed on the page. When user click on column dropdown below fields should be displayed:
• Region: When user select this column and select region data region mapped assessments should be displayed on the page.
• Facility Type: When user select this column and select facility type data facility type mapped assessments should be displayed on the page.
• Facility: When user select this column and select facility and facility data facility mapped assessments should be displayed on the page.
• Assessment Status: When user select this assessment status and select assessment status selected assessment status data should be displayed on the page.
• Audit Plan: when user select this audit plan column and selected audit plan assessment those assessments should be displayed on the page.

1. How to search the data in assessment summary tab in dashboard module in compliance product?

• Open Assessment Summary.
• Click on search field right side of the screen
• Enter any text & check whether related data displaying on the page or not.
• Check whether when no data found “No records found “message should be displayed on the page.

1. How to Export assessment summary data in dashboard module in compliance product?

• Open Assessment Summary.
• Click on Excel export link right side of the screen.
• Assessment summary data should be downloaded in excel sheet.

1. Can we hide/seek Popup data in Dashboard module?

• Open Assessment Summary.
• Go to top of the screen.
• Click on See/hide column.
• Check from the list selected columns should be displayed on the popup screen.
• Check whether unchecked columns should not be displayed on the page.
