User Guide: Settings Module in Compliance Management Application Welcome to the Settings Module of our Compliance Management application! This feature allows users to change anything on the application. This guide will walk you through the functionality and capabilities of the Settings module in detail. Overview of Customize popup: A Customize Popup in a compliance product is a configurable user interface element that allows users to customize and display specific information or actions in the form of a popup window. It sits inside the RiskWatch compliance workspace and shares its data with assessments, the evidence vault, and the audit-pack export so a single change updates every downstream view.

How do I use the Settings screen?

Open the RiskWatch app, navigate to the Settings module from the main menu, and apply the filters or actions described in the guide below. Permissions follow your role profile, so admins see configuration, assessors see workflow actions, and viewers see read-only data. Saved views and filters persist per user across sessions.

Welcome to the Settings Module of our Compliance Management application! This feature allows users to change anything on the application. This guide will walk you through the functionality and capabilities of the Settings module in detail.

  1. Overview of Customize popup:

A Customize Popup in a compliance product is a configurable user interface element that allows users to customize and display specific information or actions in the form of a popup window.

These popup can be triggered by specific events or conditions and are typically used to provide alerts, notifications, or additional options to the user.

The customization aspect allows administrators or users to set up these popup according to their needs, choosing when they should appear, what information they should display, and how they should be formatted, and ensuring relevant and timely communication within the product.

In customize popup user can enter his own data and that data should be displayed in screen name popup icon.

  1. What is customizing popup in settings module in compliance product?
  • Customize popup generally define it shows entire application popup from this screen only.
  • Total we have 17 popup in entire application.
  • In customize popup we have below information:
  • Screen Name: In which module we show this customize popup information will be shown in screen name module.
  • Popup Name: In which module for which filed we show this customize popup information.
  • Field Name/ Value: For which field name/ value we show this customize popup information.
  • Field Text: This field information only we will show in popup information. If we user modify this text and save that text should be displayed in screen field popup.
  • Action: When user click on Action icon edit field text popup should be displayed when user update any changes those should be displayed in field text column.
  1. How to Run & Save the filter in customize popup?

Yes, user can run & save the selected filter data on the customize popup page.

  • Click on filter button in customize popup page.
  • Fields should be displayed on the page.
  • When user click on Columns below column name should be displayed:
  1. Screen Name
  2. Popup Name
  3. Field Name/Value
  4. Field Text
  • When user select column name, condition & text and when user click on run filtered data should be displayed on the page.
  • When user click on save button save as popup should be displayed.
  • User can create new filter by checking create new filter checkbox and When user select set as default and save.
  • When user click on customize popup sub module by default data should be displayed on the page.
  1. What are events in Customize Popup sub module?
  • Events section will capture all changes done by user on customize popup screen.
  • In events section below fields should be displayed:
  1. Sort By field: In this filed when user select any column that column should be displayed in ascending order.
  2. Search Field: When user enters related text in events search field if entered text is matching then data should be displayed on the page. If no data available on the page “No records found” message should be displayed on the page.
  3. Download Icon: When user click on download icon in events section export to pdf text should be displayed and available data should be downloaded in PDF.
  4. Click here to view/hide details: When user click on click here to view icon columns popup should be displayed. When user uncheck any column that column should not be displayed on the page. Checked data should be displayed on the page.
  5. Filter: When user click on filter button in events filter data should be displayed on the page. When user select column, clause & enter text and when user click on run button valid data should be displayed on the page.
