1. User Guide for Cross Mapping Summary – Dashboard

Welcome to the Cross Mapping Summary feature! In dashboard of our Compliance Management application! This feature allows users to view the cross mapping Summary data in chart and download the reports. This guide will walk you through the functionality and capabilities of the Cross mapping summary in detail.

1. Overview on Cross Mapping Summary

The dashboard includes a dedicated tab to display the Cross Mapping Summary. This tab offers a comprehensive view of data from cross-mapped sources and their interactions, streamlining the comparison and analysis of assessments and their associated libraries for more informed decision-making.

Assessment Selection Dropdown - Users can select an assessment to view detailed information, including the cross-mapped libraries associated with it. This ensures that users can drill down into specific assessments and understand their mapping relationships.

Chart Representation - Once an assessment is selected, a dynamic chart is generated to visualize data from both the assessment and its associated cross-mapped libraries. The chart categorizes data as follows:

• Compliance: Results that align with and meet the required standards or regulatory guidelines.
• Non-Compliance: Areas that do not meet the established standards or requirements.
  • • Others:Data that does not fit into compliance or non-compliance categories, such as items in progress or with uncertain outcomes.
    • Not Answered: Question which are not answered during the survey, which are displayed under this category.

The chart dynamically updates to display the selected assessment and its associated libraries, delivering an intuitive visual representation of the data.

2. How to open Cross MappingSummary in dashboard screen?

Cross Mapping screen accessed from the below navigation

• Navigate to Main Menu
• Select Dashboard
• Select Cross mapping Summary tab
• It Shows the cross mapping summary dashboard

1. How to select Assessment, facility and Content library, fetch the data?
   • Navigate to Main Menu

• Select Dashboard menu
• Go to Cross mapping Summary tab
• Select Assessment, Facility and Content Library
• Click on Fetch Data

1. How to Overall Cross Mapping Summary Data chart display?

• Navigate to Main Menu
• Select Dashboard
• Select Cross mapping summary
• Select Assessment, Facility and Content Library
• Click on Fetch Data
• It displayed the Overall Cross Mapping Summary Data chart
• Chartsdisplayed depends on the selection with Assessment with Base library and mapped libraries selection
• Chart shows Compliance, Noncompliance, Not Answered and Others responses information

1. How to download the default reports from Cross mapping Summary tab from dashboard?

• Navigate to Main Menu
• Select Dashboard
• Select Cross mapping Summary tab
• Select Assessment, Facility and Content Library
• Click Fetch
• Go to Content Library questions details (below screen)
• Click on Generate Default report
• Go to Download Report
• It shows the generated report details
• Cross mapping sub menu
• Select ‘Excel Export’ and it downloads the data in excel

1. How to generate Survey Summary reports from Cross mapping Summary tab from dashboard?

• Navigate to Main Menu
• Select Dashboard
• Select Cross mapping Summary tab
• Select Assessment, Facility and Content Library
• Click Fetch
• Go to Content Library questions details (below screen)
• Generate Survey Summary report from Mapped Libraries
• Generated reports displayed in ‘Downloaded reports’

1. How to download Survey Summary reports from Cross mapping Summary tab from dashboard?

• Navigate to Main Menu
• Select Dashboard
• Select Cross mapping Summary tab
• Select Assessment, Facility and Content Library
• Click Fetch
• Go to Content Library questions details (below screen)
• Generate Survey Summary report from Mapped Libraries
• Generated reports displayed in ‘Downloaded reports’
• Go to ‘Downloaded Reports’, it displayed pop up screen
• Click on download arrow to download the report

1. What will happen when clicked on other section of Overall Cross Mapping Summary Data Chart?

• Navigate to Main Menu
• Select Dashboard
• Select Cross mapping Summary tab
• Select Assessment, Facility and Content Library
• Click Fetch
• Go to of Overall Cross Mapping Summary Data Chart
• Select Other section in the chart
• It displayed all the question details of Other response types

1. What will happen when clicked on ‘Compliance’ section of Overall Cross Mapping Summary Data Chart?

• Navigate to Main Menu
• Select Dashboard
• Select Cross mapping Summary tab
• Select Assessment, Facility and Content Library
• Click Fetch
• Go to of Overall Cross Mapping Summary Data Chart
• Select ‘Compliance’ section in the chart
• It displayed all the question details of ‘Compliance’ response types

• Navigate to Main Menu
• Select Dashboard

• Select Assessment, Facility and Content Library
• Click Fetch
• Go to of Overall Cross Mapping Summary Data Chart
• Select ‘noncompliance’ section in the chart
• It displayed all the question details of ‘noncompliance’ response types

1. What will happen when clicked on ‘not answered’ section of Overall Cross Mapping Summary Data Chart?

• Navigate to Main Menu
• Select Dashboard
• Select Cross mapping Summary tab
• Select Assessment, Facility and Content Library
• Click Fetch
• Go to of Overall Cross Mapping Summary Data Chart
• Select ‘not answered’ section in the chart
• It displayed all the ‘not answered’ questions details of noncompliance response types

1. How to ‘Clear’ the previously selected items from the list?
   • Navigate to Main Menu
   • Select Dashboard
   • Select Cross mapping Summary tab
   • Select Assessment, Facility and Content Library
   • Click Fetch
   • Go to of Overall Cross Mapping Summary Data Chart
   • Click on Clear
   • It will clear the items selected from the lists.
