User Guide: Control Standard in Compliance Management Application
Welcome to the Control Standard Sub Module of our Compliance Management application! This feature allows users to create new Control Standard. This guide will walk you through the functionality and capabilities of the Control Standard module in detail.
- Overview of Control Standard
Control Standard module in our application is designed mainly for in survey page for a question control standard information should be displayed.
Control Standard created data can be used in add new question page.
Control Standard screen basically display Control Standard Reference, Control Standard & Action columns in the Control Standard.
- Language Options for Control Standard module
To cater to diverse user needs, the control standard module supports multiple languages. You can select your preferred language from the dropdown menu located at the top of the screen. This ensures that your control standard sub module is accessible and understandable across global teams.
- Control Standard Events:
Events show the information all the logs of the Control Standard created, updated and deleted.
- How to search the specific record from the events Grid:
- You can get the specific record from the grid by using search field and also from the Filter feature as shown below.
- We can filter the records by using Action Performed, Performed by, Module, Action Date & Action info.
- You can get the data by clicking Run button in filters drop down.
- You can sort Table data by using all 6 columns (Action Performed, Performed by, Module, Action Date, Action info & View Details )., once you apply sorting with any column, the records will display in ascending order like below:
- You can get all the control standard details into excel data by clicking export icon at the Top right. And also you can Hide or see the columns by clicking See/Hide columns data icon beside the export icon.

- How to open Control Standard Sub module?
Control Standard module accessed from below navigation
- Navigate to Main Menu
- Select Content Manager module
- Select Control Standard
- How to create control standard from content manager screen?
- Go to content manager module
- Click on control standard sub module
- Click on Add control standard button.
- It will open new control standard create screen
- Select the required fields control standard reference & control standard.
- Control Standard field is mandatory field.
- Click on save button.
- How to edit Control Standard?
- Go to Action columns at the last column
- Select edit icon for the control standard.
- Edit screen displayed
- After edit and click on Save.
- Click on view details icon in control standard home page.
- Updated control standard should be displayed in control standard home page & mapped questions in question register page & mapped survey assessments.
- Check whether updated control standard is updating in existing surveys or not .
- How to delete control standard?
- Open the control standard module
- Go to Action columns at the last column
- Select delete icon for the task
- Delete control standard popup should be displayed on the page.
- Click on Yes button
- Selected control standard should be deleted.
- Delete successful message should be displayed on the page.
- How to Sort Control standard from Control standard screen?
- Open the Control Standard screen
- Go to top of the screen
- Go to Sort By field by these items control standard reference & control standard.
- Select the ‘Control Standard Reference in the Sort By field, control standard reference column is sorted in ascending order..
- Select the ‘Control Standard’ in the Sort By field, control standard column is sorted in ascending order.
- How to search the specific control standard from the Grid:
- You can get the specific record from the grid by using search field and also from the Filter feature as shown below.
- We can filter the records by using control standard, control standard reference columns.
- When user select control standard or control standard reference columns and select condition and when user click on run button filter data should be displayed on the page.
- When user click on save button in filtered data save filter as popup should be displayed on the page.
- User can create new filter or can set filter as default filter.
- When user check set as default filter and save the filter when user click on recommendation sub module by default default data should be displayed on the page.
- When user check create new filter new filter data should be displayed on the page.
- Saved filter should be displayed in select filter dropdown
- And the created filters will display in select filter field you can select them any time to get your customized data and the filters can be edit and delete any time and you can get whole data by clicking cross mark at the select filters filed.
- And also you can make your filter as default filter by selecting default check box while saving the filter. So every time when you open the control standard, it will display only Default filter data.
- How to download the control standard data?
- Open the control standard library module
- Click on Down Arrow symbol right side of the screen
- Data exported excel sheet
- Can we hide/seek control standard screen columns?
- Open the content standard screen
- Go to Right side of the screen
- Click on See/hide column
- Check from the list selected columns displayed on the screen
