User Guide: Content Library in Compliance Management Application
Welcome to the Content Library Sub Module of our Compliance Management application! This feature allows users to create new content library. This guide will walk you through the functionality and capabilities of the content library module in detail.
- Overview of Content Library
Content Library module in our application is designed to mainly for when user creating any new question category if they want to create new question category then they should select content library.
Content Library screen basically display Content Library name, description, Action columns in the content library.
- Language Options for Content Library module
To cater to diverse user needs, the content library module supports multiple languages. You can select your preferred language from the dropdown menu located at the top of the screen. This ensures that your content library sub module is accessible and understandable across global teams.

- How to open Content Library Sub module?
Content Library module accessed from below navigation
- Navigate to Main Menu
- Select Content Manager module
- Select Content Library menu
- How to create content library from content manager screen?
- Go to content manager module
- Click on content library sub module
- Click on Add content library button.
- It will open new content library create screen
- Select the required fields, click on Save
- How to edit Content Library?
- Open the content library module
- Go to Action columns at the last column
- Select edit icon for the content library
- Edit screen displayed
- After edit and click on Save
- How to delete the Tasks?
- Open the tasks module
- Go to Action columns at the last column
- Select delete icon for the task
- Pop up message and Select ‘Yes’
- Selected Task is deleted
- How to Sort Content Library from Content Library screen?
- Open the Content Library screen
- Go to top of the screen
- Go to Sort By field by these items Content Library, Description.
- Select the ‘Content Library’ in the Sort By field, Content Library column is sorted.
- Select the ‘Description’ in the Sort By field, Content Library column is sorted.
- How to download the content library data?
- Open the content library module
- Click on Down Arrow symbol right side of the screen
- Data exported excel sheet
- Can we hide/seek content library screen columns?
- Open the content library screen
- Go to Right side of the screen
- Click on See/hide column
- Check from the list selected columns displayed on the screen
- Can we save and run the filters?
Yes, using filter options we can run and save the filters. Saved filters are reused for future use.
- How to search the content library data?
- Open the content library module
- Click on search field right side of the screen
- Enter any text & check whether related data displaying on the page or not.
- Check whether when no data found “No records found “ message should be displayed on the page.
- Content Library Events:
Events show the information of all the logs of the Recommendations created, updated and deleted. . When content Library is created, Events Action Performed is displayed as ‘Create’. When content Library is edited, events action performed displayed as ‘Updated’ and when content Library is deleted, events Action Performed displayed as ‘Delete’.
Following functionality available in Content Library events screen:
- Filter options available and we can run and save the filters. Saved filters are reused for future use.
- Column Sorting is available for Sort By option by selecting the columns names Action Performed, Performed By, Module, Action Date and Action Info.
- Search option available by searching any word or text, if search text is available, it will display the search content.
- Downloading data of tasks event in pdf format
- Column display options available using hide/seek columns, if columns are not selected columns will not display in tasks events.
Manager Login
Note: When manager user login to the application he should be able to see content library sub module. When user create new content library from manager login those newly created library should be displayed in content library home page & admin user content library page.
