Caroline Hamilton,
President & CEO, RiskWatch, Inc.

Caroline Hamilton works directly with a variety of RiskWatch customers and security experts around the world to create more accurate ways of managing the many risks of a post 9/11, web-enabled world. She was a charter member of the Risk Manager's Model Builder's Workshop sponsored by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) from 1988-1997 and worked with the U.S. Department of Defense, C3I, as a Working Group Member to build a working model of Information Risk management for the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Caroline has worked on projects as diverse as assessing IT Risk for Networks for NSA, to doing supply chain risk assessment as part of the worldwide Operation Safe Commerce Project. She recently received an award for her contributions to Maritime and Port Security. Caroline is currently writing a book on risk assessment and has multiple publications on topics related to all aspects of security metrics and risk assessments. She is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside.
Dr. James Hansen,
Senior Vice President, RiskWatch, Inc.
Dr. Hansen is the Senior Vice President of RiskWatch, Inc. Prior to joining the RiskWatch management team, he was the Senior Vice President for Security Services and CSO of the DynTek Corporation located in Irvine, California. He has worked closely with the IIA and IISACA over the past twenty years to train middle and top management personnel, both in government and industry to get personally involved in enterprise wide risk assessment. As a hands-on field auditor, technical presenter and university professor, Dr. Hansen is a national and international recognized expert in information security and privacy.
Raymond A. Jean,
Vice President of Consulting Services,
RiskWatch, Inc.

Mr. Jean is Vice President of RiskWatch's Consulting Services. He brings with him years of experience in risk and security assessments and all facets of business continuity standards. Prior to joining RiskWatch, Ray worked at IBM as a Sales Specialist, Project Manager and as a Certified Senior Managing Consultant. Mr. Jean has an outstanding record of selling, performing and directing hundreds of business continuity, business resilience and IT technical consulting engagements for some of world's largest companies as well as a range of other organizations, big and small. Prior to joining IBM he held numerous technical and managerial positions at a major insurance company.

David Sheehan, Corporate Counsel

Mr. Sheehan is a founding member of Brown & Sheehan Attorneys at Law. He has practiced law since 1971 and is admitted to the bars of Maryland, Massachusetts and Connecticut. He is a graduate of Boston College and Georgetown University School of Law. Mr. Sheehan has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and was appointed the first Chief Legal Counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services. He has also served as an Assistant Attorney General in Maryland and was awarded the Attorney General's Exceptional Service Award.
