Risk Watch for C-TPAT includes the basic Risk Watch Physical Security assessment software, coupled with the actual C-TPAT March 2005 Guidelines from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency. These include compliance guidelines for Importers, for Manufacturers, for Land, Air and Sea carriers, and for Brokers. The questions measure a wide range of compliance issues including seals, container handling, etc. The C-TPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) also includes the World Customs Organization (WCO) standards.

The C-TPAT risk assessment is the baseline for any security program and provides organizations with a clear compliance profile, as well as automatic recommendations on the steps they need to take to improve security in the supply chain.
